As a Senior SAP BTP Integration Interface Designer, you will:
- Analyse interface requirements and define suitable integration and architecture patterns.
- Design interfaces using SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI and enterprise middleware technologies.
- Prepare and maintain interface design and technical specification documents.
- Collaborate with Interface Owners and technical teams to gather requirements, mappings, and other inputs.
- Review interface mappings and ensure documentation quality and completeness.
- Define interface monitoring and error-handling requirements.
- Maintain the Interface Catalogue and related technical documentation.
- Work closely with architects, functional teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Present technical design decisions and support integration-related discussions.
- Contribute to standardisation and continuous improvement of integration practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10+ years of overall professional experience in IT, integration, middleware, or related technologies.
- Strong experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
- Experience with BizTalk, Microsoft Azure, and UC4/Automic.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Clean Core, and CDS concepts.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, interface design, mappings, and technical specifications.
- Experience with interface monitoring and error handling.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Translate requirements into clear and scalable interface designs.
- Select appropriate integration patterns and technologies.
- Create high-quality technical and interface documentation.
- Identify gaps and clarify requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate technical decisions effectively.
- Coordinate with multiple technical and functional teams.
- Work independently with strong attention to detail and ownership.
- Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across the integration landscape.
